What should I expect on my first appointment?
We will arrive at your home we will be equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.
What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of service from residential and commercial services to weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the "Services" button halfway down the page.
Can I get a same-day booking?
We don't guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies?
No. Fastidiouskleen company will provide their own cleaning supplies. If you need special products used in your home for any reason, however, you are welcome to provide that, alongside directions on proper usage.
How do I get a quotation for a cleaning service?
You can obtain a quotation for any of our cleaning services through the request a quote form on this website.If it is regular domestic cleaning that you want then before the first clean we ask you to provide us with a list of cleaning tasks.
Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we'll take care of everything!
Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
